Return and Refund

Within 30 days of receiving the item, if you find the product is damaged, unusable, or not the same as the model, you can contact our customer service to request a refund return.

All items must be returned in new condition (unwashed, unaltered, with original tags, and shoes must be in the original shoe box). Any items with makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains, pet hair, perfume/detergent odors, or smoke odors will be refused and returned to you, and shipping costs will be charged.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as final sale, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Packaging is an important part of the product and must be returned intact. The product must be returned in the original shipping box or other outer protective packaging. Any damage to the product's shipping label, packaging tape, or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box will not be accepted. The item will then be returned to the customer, and return shipping costs will be charged.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at customer@diferel.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package, at the buyer's expense. Items returned to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer@diferel.com.
